Programme ( Time line )
It is very important that during the pre-contract negotiations with our Clients that a realistic programme is discussed and tabled so that all considerations can be made to minimise any disruption to their property. During the construction phase regular meetings will be arranged to monitor progress against the programme of works and flag up any potential issues’ that may ultimately affect the overall time frame. We believe that it is important to be pragmatic about potential problems and these issues will be flagged up and resolved as quickly as possible. This has ultimately helped us achieve a good reputation in delivering Projects on time and to Budget.
Economic Budgets
Our ethos is based upon value for money whilst also being realistic of our Clients requirements. We have kept our company overheads to a minimum which enables us to have a very lean Management Structure and work force. The simple fact is that we offer a value for money service, on time and have built up a healthy repeat business Client base who appreciates this.
Partnering
Whether we are working under a form of building contract or just a gentlemen’s agreement, the same level of service is provided. We have found over the last decade that both the Client / end user and we really benefit from an open book partnering agreement.
This basically enables us to research and table value engineering options to our Clients which can help in lowering overall building costs and also improving on construction phase programme / time line.
Eco Solutions
We always try to stay at the forefront of any positive developments with reference to Design and new building products. Currently we are involved with alternative energy technology for example ground source heat pumps and solar energy. These improvements in technology if considered correctly can seriously impact your utility bills which over a certain life span will more than pay for themselves.
