Programme ( Time line )


It is very important that during the pre-contract negotiations with our Clients that a realistic programme is discussed and tabled so that all considerations can be made to minimise any disruption to their property. During the construction phase regular meetings will be arranged to monitor progress against the programme of works and flag up any potential issues’ that may ultimately affect the overall time frame. We believe that it is important to be pragmatic about potential problems and these issues will be flagged up and resolved as quickly as possible. This has ultimately helped us achieve a good reputation in delivering Projects on time and to Budget.
